Colorful essences
Preserving the past to embrace the present. With this philosophy, StudioRaum approached the renovation of a 1930s apartment in Treviso.
Description
The high ceilings, authentic stuccoes, and ornate doors were preserved and enhanced, as was the symmetrical layout of the spaces. A bold use of color, such as the turquoise hallway and the violet-toned dining room, has given each space a renewed personality while maintaining an immersive and harmonious atmosphere. Kerakoll’s Absolute paint takes center stage on the walls, interacting with the natural Legno+Color Small parquet in a palette ranging from Petrol Blue to Warm Grey, Soft Lavender to Natural Green. “A renovation that delicately balances past and present, preserving the apartment’s historical essence while adapting it to modern needs, creating a refined and timeless space,” explain the designers.
